The Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation is pleased to announce the upcoming scholarship awards ceremony to be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026 starting at 6:30 pm at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center at 1811 West Madison Street.
There will be 66 graduating seniors receiving scholarships and 70 students from previous graduating classes. The class of 2026 will be awarded over $69,000 in scholarships, contributing to nearly $275,000 in total scholarships this year. Due to a generous community and a favorable stock market, this is a $45,000 increase from last year.

ONE MILLION DOLLARS IN SCHOLARSHIPS!
The Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation was founded on the principle that every Knoxville Senior High School graduate who applies for a scholarship through the Foundation will receive at least one award. In the Foundation’s 22 years, we have upheld that principle by awarding over ONE MILLION dollars in scholarships to 1,662 graduating seniors.
Additionally, the KPS Foundation has made a commitment to students who are in their second, third and fourth years of post-secondary education with scholarship awards to these students totaling over $890,000 dollars.
Total awards given to KHS students over the past twenty-two years now total just over $1.9 million dollars. We are extremely proud of this accomplishment and could not have made such an impact without the generous contributions from our donors. The KPS Foundation Board of Directors would like to thank the businesses, organizations, individuals, families and alumni who have made this all possible.
